Tanjung Jati Expansion (Jawa 4) Coal Fired Steam
Power Plant 2 x 1000 MW. Jepara, Central Java,
Indonesia

Our divers have extensive experience in constructing harbours, breakwaters, inlet and outlet pipelines, shore protection structures. We install rock and gravel shelters. We are also experienced in installing geotextile, bamboo and concrete mattresses for jobs with special design needs.

Indonesia fulfills its energy needs by building PLTUs. the existence of PLTU and construction of PLTU in the future will still be ongoing. Demand for underwater construction services to support the project will increase. Pre-existing power plants also require periodic maintenance, surveys and inspections. PT. TBS provides this service with priority to PLTU areas in Java Island. The workshop and office operational base in Batang, Central Java will be a strategic location to reach service areas throughout Java Island quickly and efficiently. We are also very flexible in being able to serve on-call if there is an emergency and sudden need if needed.

PT.TBS will be a partner who is ready to meet and solve problems that arise for all PLTU units operating on the Indonesian coast, especially the north coast of Java. PT.TBS’ expertise in underwater construction for power plants is an advantage for our company. PT.TBS is the right partner for projects, surveys, construction and installation up to maintenance and inspection of PLTU facilities.

International traffic of ship transportation to various countries of destination and origin, has impacts and risks that need to be anticipated by the port as the main gateway to the mainland in Indonesia. These risks are divided into 3 broad categories, namely security risks against the intrusion of terrorism, psychotropic substances/drugs, and invasive biological agents, both in the form of diseases, pests and foreign species. Mitigation and prevention of these hazards need special attention and systematic handling, as a form of protection for port facilities and infrastructure in particular as well as hazards to national security in general.

In addition, the port as a service function is also expected to provide an efficient, fast and quality integrated system for the problems faced by ships anchored and docked at the port. Services for ships are divided into groups; Surveillance/Inspection, Repair, Cleaning. This service provides time assurance and certainty as well as high quality for ships to carry out their shipping missions safely and profitably.

The concept of service, defense and hazard mitigation will be carried and carried out by the PID (Port Inspection Diver) unit. This unit was formed to provide the above services and integrate into an integrated port service system. This unit implements security and sweep protocols and supplies data as well as coordinates with Port managers, the state security system including Kesyahbandaran, Polri, TNI AL, BNN and Customs. This unit will be given the mandate to carry out observations, safeguarding target objects underwater, including checking ship hulls, underwater harbor areas, and all matters related to water bodies including inspection of ship’s air-ballast. This unit will also develop facilitation and support services for environmental management related to ships including the processing of ship waste such as ship air-ballast. The PID unit has the ability to defuse and transport hazardous materials, explosives. The PID unit is capable of operating ROVs and surveillance equipment based on autonomous control.

We are experienced in using pumping equipment, airlift to lift sediment (mud, sand, gravel) in large-scale project dredging operations, we will provide diving activities to support these operations. We are experienced in managing dive operations with more than 100 divers.
